Janasanyog, Silchar : The Cachar District Administration on Friday organized an impressive live streaming session of the speeches delivered by Hon’ble Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah and Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma to commemorate the 100th birth anniversary of former Chief Minister of Assam, Late Golap Borbora. The program was held at the new Conference Hall of the District Commissioner’s Office, Silchar, and marked a moment of reverence for one of the most respected leaders in the state’s political history.
The event commenced with the gathering of officials and staff members from various wings of the district administration. District Commissioner Mridul Yadav, IAS, graced the occasion along with senior administrative officials including Dr. Khaleda Sultana Ahmed, ACS; Hemanga Nobis, ACS; Phyllis Hrangchal, ACS; Assistant Commissioner, Unhale Ashish Vidyadhar ,IAS; Smt.
