Cyber Conspiracy Thwarted: Bihar Man Arrested for Attempting to Sell PM Modi’s Security Secrets to Foreign Agencies

Digital evidence and seized hardware from Buxar suspect linked to PM Modi security threat case.

New Delhi : In a major breakthrough for national security, Indian intelligence agencies and Bihar Police have apprehended a young man from Buxar for allegedly attempting to strike a deal with a foreign intelligence agency to compromise Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s security. The suspect, identified as Amal Kumar Tiwari, reportedly reached out to the website of a global spy organization, offering to expose critical vulnerabilities in the Prime Minister's protection detail in exchange for a significant sum of money. Tiwari did not stop at mere communication; investigators allege he was actively trying to infiltrate and extract confidential data from the Prime Minister’s Office while setting a specific timeline for his plan. The digital threat was intercepted by cyber police, leading to his swift arrest and the seizure of various digital devices.

The investigation has revealed that Amal Kumar Tiwari is a habitual cyber offender with a history of high-profile digital threats. Authorities discovered a laptop and mobile phone in his possession, which showed evidence of him using multiple Virtual Private Networks to attempt various website hacks. It was also noted that he had previously been implicated in a threat to hack the Kolkata Airport website. Currently, a joint team of the Bihar Police and central intelligence officials is interrogating Tiwari to determine if he was operating independently or as part of a larger organized network. The focus remains on uncovering any hidden handlers or external support systems that might have encouraged such a brazen attempt to target the head of state.

This arrest adds a new layer of concern following a recent controversial report by the RSS mouthpiece 'Organizer,' which suggested a plot by the CIA to assassinate Prime Minister Modi during a Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit. The report detailed how a joint operation by Indian and Russian intelligence agencies successfully neutralized the threat through a strategic last-minute schedule change. According to that claim, PM Modi spent an unplanned 45 minutes traveling in the same vehicle as Russian President Vladimir Putin to ensure his safety against potential attackers. While the international claims remain a subject of intense discussion, the local arrest in Buxar has confirmed that internal and digital threats against the Prime Minister are evolving, keeping security agencies on high alert.
